Water Jet Cutting

Water jet cutting is a modern material separation technology that has become firmly established and increasingly replaces traditional cutting methods. Continuous technological progress has made water jet cutting more cost- and time-efficient.

The CNC water jet machine cuts materials using high-pressure water (4000 bar) and abrasive sand with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm. No heat or mechanical stress is applied to the material, minimizing deformation. Advantages include curved cuts, holes, logos, and complex shapes.

We can cut materials with thicknesses from 0.1 mm up to 200 mm.
