About Us
The company KSB, konstrukce, stroje, brusy, spol. s r.o. was founded by four partners in November 1992. The original production programme focused on small-scale metal fabrication, the manufacture of smaller stone-working machines, and the sale of abrasive materials.
From 1993 onwards, the production programme gradually evolved. Individual projects became focused on the manufacture of interior metal elements, stainless steel and brass railings, and staircases. At the same time, production of stainless steel components for industry, healthcare, and agriculture was launched.
The growing number of contracts led to the rental of additional production facilities and a gradual increase in the number of employees. As the rented premises no longer met the requirements of increasingly complex production, construction of a new manufacturing facility was initiated in 1998.
In 2003, the quality management system ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 was implemented for the production of railings, staircases, handrails, and cooling tunnels.
In 2005, an additional part of the production facilities was added. In the following years, production capacities and machinery were further expanded:
2008 – blasting cabin
2012 – new press brake
2014 – water jet cutting
2018 – laser cutting
In 2021, the blasting cabin was refurbished and enlarged, enabling us to shot-blast larger structures.
Today, we primarily focus on sophisticated stainless steel manufacturing for industry, healthcare, and construction, including stylish interior and exterior elements. Our team consists of approximately 30 experienced and qualified employees, including our own in-house design department.
